Job Duties:

Work closely under the supervision of company directors in forming HR plans and strategies. Formulate/maintain HR policies domestic and international for recruitment, staffing, promotions, retention, relocations and entitlements. Contribute to decisions on organizational issues on an international basis. Analyze wage reports to advise company regarding compensations and employee benefits. Be responsible for regulatory compliance; employee orientation, development, training, recruiting and staffing both domestic (US) and international; employee safety, welfare, wellness and health. Possible occasional travel. Supervise 2-3 employees.

Minimum Education:

MS in Business Admin./Human Resources (or foreign equivalent)

** Bachelor's degree or academic equivalent and 5 years of progressive responsible experience in HR/Bus. Admin. will substitute for Master's degree and 3 yrs of such experience will apply towards experience requirement. ** Suitable combination of education and experience acceptable. ** Combination of degrees acceptable if equivalent to a BA/BS in Bus. Admin. with HR concentration, or similar. ** Foreign education equivalent accepted. ETA
